At Geekmonkey.in, we aim to deliver your favourite collectibles, gifts, accessories, and merchandise safely and on time. Please read our shipping and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within the standard processing timeline mentioned on the website. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, serviceability, and external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, holidays, or operational disruptions.

Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer through the registered contact details provided at the time of purchase.

Geekmonkey.in is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, unavailable customers, courier restrictions, or non-serviceable pin codes.


Return Policy

Geekmonkey.in offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to product eligibility.

Returns are applicable only if the product page does not specifically mention that the product is non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, manuals, boxes, and inserts must be intact.

  • An opening/unboxing video is  required for damage, missing item, or wrong product claims.


Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Wearable costumes and cosplay outfits

  • Socks

  • Premium products priced above ₹4,000

  • Products damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or incorrect storage

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories


Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

In case you receive a damaged, wrong, or incomplete product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.

After verification, Geekmonkey.in may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case and product availability.


Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Geekmonkey.in. If the product is found used, damaged, incomplete, or not eligible for return, the request may be rejected.

Approved refunds, replacements, or store credits will be processed only after the product is received and inspected by our team.
