1.  Do I need to pay Rs 100 more for shipping?
    The Rs 100 you paid earlier will be applied towards your shipping charges. You'll only need to pay the product cost in cash upon delivery.
   
   
2. Partial payment is refundable?
   Partial payment is non-refundable amount, the only case where after paying amount customer decided not to go for COD order is refundable.
   
   
3. What all information do I need to share in email/whatsapp/call?
   Order No: Please enter the order number associated with your partial payment.
   Shipping Address: Indicate if the shipping address differs from the billing address you provided during your partial payment. If it's different, enter the complete shipping address here.
   Product List: Select or list all the products you want to receive Cash on Delivery (COD).
   
   
4. Why I can't order personalized product as COD?
   Since personalized orders are custom-made just for you, they can't be returned or exchanged once the personalization is complete. This ensures you receive a truly one-of-a-kind item!
